Together for Care is the Alzheimer's Foundation of America's campaign to raise contributions for various efforts that meet our objective of providing optimal care to individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related illnesses, and their families.

Together for Care will:
- Provide financial support to our member organizations nationwide, giving them the chance to establish or expand programs and services in their communities that are essential for families coping with this disease.
- Allow AFA to help families without adequate financial means provide the best in care for their loved ones through a grant process.
- Enable AFA to advance initiatives, develop new services, research best care practices, and identify and replicate high quality programs nationwide that ultimately will benefit the entire Alzheimer's community.
In addition, a small percentage of all funds raised will:
- Assist AFA in establishing an endowment to ensure that AFA's endeavors will have a lasting effect on our nation.
