When you contribute to
Together for Care, you will be invited to become a member of AFA's national
corporate care round table. This vehicle will enable us to collectively reflect on the care issues facing the Alzheimer's community and to collaborate on a course of action.
Together for Care National Corporate Care Round Table structure:
- Annual membership fee
- Two meetings per year
Members will be asked to identify a subcommittee of interest:
- Prevention
- Awareness and Education
- Diagnosis and Treatment
- In-Home Care/ Respite
- Institutional Options
- Caregiver Support
- Hospice

- Craft AFA's care agenda
- Communicate our mission
- Compel others to contribute
As a
corporate care round table member, your company will be recognized on the
Together for Care web site and in other marketing materials. Your efforts will attach your company name to a worthwhile cause and foster enormous community goodwill.
